If your plans should change or to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will not be charged for your appointment if you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have less than 24 hours notice time, you are free to designate a substitute to fulfill your appointment, or you will be charged as follows:

Less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Failure to show with no notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Note: Our Therapists reserve the right to deny or discontinue treatment if or when they deem it necessary to preserve the well-being of the client, The Spa, or themselves.
